Their electrostatic disinfectant tool combines the power of sanitizing chemicals (which are safe when dry, after about 60 seconds) with electrostatic molecules to kill all germs and viruses on any surface, ensuring that every space within Malibu Beach Inn has been effectively and regularly cleaned to the highest standard.

It’s a unique technology that goes well beyond the CDC’s sanitation guidelines, not to mention what most establishments are doing. By investing in next-level sanitation measures, Malibu Beach Inn is taking no chances when it comes to guest safety.

In addition to this technology, our staff continues to clean and disinfect all areas multiple times daily, including guestrooms, public spaces, and even vehicles via our valet parking team. Hand-sanitizing stations are also placed throughout the property, including both guest-facing and back-of-house areas, and can be found on every floor.

Our associates have been thoroughly trained in the most up-to-date practices for handling these health concerns, including reviews of all guest assistance procedures. Staff members exhibiting any symptoms (or who have been around those who are ill) are required to stay home, and a house physician is available to hotel guests exhibiting any symptoms as well.

Of course, while these measures for physical health are top-of-mind during this time, we recognize that mental wellness is also a challenge for many right now, and the weight of these uncertain days can take its toll.
