Situated on the sands of Carbon Beach,
our signature restaurant on the beach overlooks
the waves and wildlife of the Pacific Ocean. Drawing inspiration from the Pacific
and Mediterranean coasts in its recently remodeled design and refined cuisine,
CBC uses the freshest locally-sourced ingredients from One Gun Ranch and resident farmers’ markets to create seasonal land
and sea menus, best paired with a libation
from our award-winning barman or wine list.
