Finding Your Way to Malibu Beach Inn
Planning a visit to Malibu Beach Inn? We’ve got you covered with detailed directions to ensure a smooth journey, whether you’re taking the scenic Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) or navigating alternate routes due to the current closure. Here’s how to reach us.
From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):
Head north on I-405 North for 4.4 miles.
Take the exit towards I-10 West for Santa Monica.
Drive on I-10 West for 3.9 miles.
Continue onto CA-1 North (PCH) for 11.4 miles.
Look for our entrance on the left-hand side, just past Sweetwater Canyon Drive and the pedestrian crosswalk.
From Ventura County (Southbound PCH):
Head south on US-101 S.
Exit at Las Virgenes Rd toward Malibu Canyon.
Turn right onto Las Virgenes Rd and continue for 4.6 miles.
Continue onto Malibu Canyon Rd for another 4.6 miles.
Turn left onto CA-1 South (PCH) for 1.7 miles.
Our entrance is on the right-hand side, past Malibu Pier and the Malibu Pier parking lot.
Alternate Routes from LA to Malibu Beach (PCH Closed)
From Los Angeles (Alternate Route 1):
Head north on I-405 North.
Take the exit for CA-2 West (Santa Monica Blvd).
Continue on CA-2 West for 10 miles.
Turn right onto CA-27 North (Topanga Canyon Blvd).
Continue on Topanga Canyon Blvd for 7 miles.
Turn left onto CA-1 North (PCH) and follow signs to Malibu Beach Inn.
From Los Angeles (Alternate Route 2):
Head north on I-405 North.
Take the exit for US-101 North.
Continue on US-101 North for 15 miles.
Take the exit for Las Virgenes Rd toward Malibu Canyon.
Turn left onto Las Virgenes Rd and continue for 4.6 miles.
Continue onto Malibu Canyon Rd for another 4.6 miles.
Turn left onto CA-1 South (PCH) and follow signs to Malibu Beach Inn.
From Ventura County (Alternate Route):
Head south on US-101 S.
Exit at Kanan Rd toward Malibu.
Turn right onto Kanan Rd and continue for 12 miles.
Turn left onto CA-1 South (PCH) and follow signs to Malibu Beach Inn.
