2. Reservations and Cancellations

  • Booking Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment

  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Payment Timing: Full payment is due upon check-out unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Use of Facilities

  • Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage to property or disruption caused by guests may result in additional charges.
  • Amenities: Access to amenities such as the spa, fitness center, and private beach is included in your stay. Additional services may incur extra charges.

  • Limitation of Liability: Malibu Beach Inn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of California.
